Are you aware that most  people are not hydrated properly even though they drink quarts of water daily?  So many poor physical health conditions are related to dehydration.  We’re told things like, “drink half of your body weight in ounces of water daily,” which is actually great advice, but it’s not the whole story.

The final question is….
How much water are your cells getting???

Why so much hype about water?  If the average adult body contains around 42 liters of water (just use a Big Gulp as a measuring cup for this visual), if you sweat out just one Big Gulp (1.2 liters) you are considered dehydrated and may show symptoms of it...such as irritibility, fatigue, nervousness, hunger, headaches, weakness and more.

Water is one of the prime elements supporting life on earth.  It has the same job on land as it does in our body.  It brings in nutrients and takes out waste.  It transports and regulates activities of all body fluids, tissues, cells, lymph, blood and glandular secretions.Our earth's surface is covered with it, and our 2/3rds of our body is water. 
Signs to look for that identify with dehydration are constipation, headaches, indigestion, weight gain, fluid retention, dark and pungent urine, and their associated pathologies colitis, kidney stones, bladder and urinary tract infections to name only a few.
By the way...we in NO way endorse the drinking of anything other than good clean water in a Big Gulp cup. No animals were harmed in the making of this website.
